São José dos Carpinteiros Church PNRU 2021

The São José dos Carpinteiros Church and Antiga Casa dos 24 is the winner of the 2021 National Urban Rehabilitation Award in the category of best restoration.

This is an initiative by Vida Imobiliária and Promevi, with the High Sponsorship of the Portuguese Government, granted through the General Department of Cultural Heritage, an entity under the supervision of the Ministry of Culture, and the Commercial Association of Porto. This is an initiative to which SECIL is broadly associated and which brings together broad support from the business, institutional and civil society sectors. It has the support of Schmitt + Sohn Elevadores, Savills and Victoria Seguros in the platinum category; Sanitana and Revigrés in the gold category.
