The office building for the company MKT, located in Alcântara, which defines as a refurbishment of an old warehouse facility, contemplating a set of flexible spaces in order to incorporate multiple solutions and combinations for the organization of people and teams who work together in one single space where lighting conditions are redefined on the proposed roof, in order to increase the potential qualities of the space itself for any future uses. Since this building is part of a local industrial heritage, this intervention seeked to achieve a sensitive approach and respect regarding the exterior outline of the building.
